Dowding Precision CNC Ltd has invested in a brand new CRYSTA – APEX V574 CNC CMM to ensure high level of quality for all parts.

DPCNCs inspection procedure is extremely rigorous. All personnel are informed at Contract Review of the inspection regime required for each component.

The job sheet paper-work ensures that there is a process of first-off inspection, in process inspection and final inspection. DPCNCs Mitutoyo CMM is used throughout.  

DPCNC provides their own Certificate of Conformity and we can provide First Article Inspection Reports and Critical Feature Reports as the customer requires.

DPCNC has a dedicated inspector who ensures that all staff are supported in meeting customer’s accuracy and tolerance requirements.

In addition to the CMM DPCNC also has a Shadow Graph and all the conventional equipment a Customer could expect.

DPCNC has invested in a clamping system that enables components to be taken from the machine to the Inspection Department without any positioning on the machine being lost. This ensures efficiencies and enables adjustments to be made to ensure accuracy is maintained.
